Descriptions and Comments

...

“Timesheets by Tempo” is a Jira time-tracking app that manages worklogs independently from Jira’s built-in time-tracking system.

When your team uses “Timesheets by Tempo” to log time, worklogs are stored within the Tempo app and are not directly saved in Jira under individual users. Instead, these worklogs are associated with the Tempo Timesheets user in Jira.

As a result, reports such as Timesheet and Time Spent in Jira do not display worklogs per individual user. Since our reports rely on Jira’s native time-tracking data, they cannot retrieve or attribute worklogs correctly when they are stored exclusively within Tempo.
