Integration with Timesheets by Tempo

“Timesheets by Tempo” is a Jira Time Tracking app that can be easily integrated with Project HUB. It will allow you to get all worklogs from your existing Timesheets by Tempo app to build various reports.

Tempo worklogs can be used in following reports:

• Time spent

• Timesheet

Integration Steps

1. Generating Tempo Access Token

   • Click the ‘Apps’ in dropdown found in the navigation bar and Click ‘Tempo’

2. Find the 'API Integration' tab within the Settings page.

   • Click on the 'New Token' button.

   • Provide a name for the token.

   • Copy the generated token.

3. Open the Settings Page in Project HUB.

   • Go to ‘Apps’ → ‘Manage your apps’.

   • From the left side find a ‘Project HUB’ and click on it.

4. Integrating

   • Open Settings Page.

   • Find the 'Tempo API' input field on the Settings Page of the Project HUB app.

   • Paste the copied access token into this field.

Post-Integration Functionality

Once the token is integrated, the following functionalities will be available:

• Worklogs Visibility

  • View worklogs logged through Tempo for issues created after the integration.

• Author Details

  • Access information about authors associated with the worklogs.

• Descriptions and Comments

  • Retrieve descriptions and comments logged through Tempo for enhanced visibility.
