Report Usage
This bar chart report shows progress by versions, displaying the distribution of tasks by status (To Do, In Progress, Done) for each version. Versions typically represent releases or milestones, helping users filter and analyze data. The Y-axis shows percentages, while the X-axis lists projects and versions.
Specific functionality:
While we hover the bar tooltip appears. It shows the total number of issues, start date, release date, number of tasks for each status category, and their percentage.
By y-axis, we can see the percentage line, which allows us to check the completion rate in percentage.
Setting up a report
The report has 3 tabs of configurations: Data source, Display, Description.
Data source & Description
This report supports filtering issues by Project and Version. For full guidance on how to configure your data source and , see the Data Source & Report Description
Display
In this tab user has to choose Display value. This field is set by default as Issue count and percentage, but the user still has a possibility to change it. The field sets up the way data in the tooltip and labels on the bars will be represented.
Available options: Issue count and percentage, Percentage, Issue count.
Report Use Cases
