Report Usage
This report shows the average work ratio of a user based on a selected issue status. On the Y-axis user can see the percentage line and on the X-axis the user can see Jira users' names, who have the worklogs within the selected period.
Specific functionality:
At the top of the report card, a date bar swap lets users quickly change the time frame.
Next to the date bar swap, a dropdown allows temporary period changes without affecting the saved report.
The green line shows the average work ratio trend if enabled.
The red line shows the accuracy threshold if set, highlighting bars that exceed it.
Hovering over a user bar reveals a tooltip with the issue count, average estimation accuracy, and percent above average.
Clicking a Jira user bar opens a subtable listing the user’s assigned issues and the total number within the selected settings. For full guidance on how to work with subtables, see the Working with Subtables .
Formula
Σ Work ratio of issues in selected status/number of issues in selected status.
Setting up a report
The report has 5 tabs of configurations: Data source, Parameters, Display, Subtable, Description.
Data source & Description

Specific Report Parameters
Completion status(es) — select all statuses that mark an issue as completed for calculations.
Period — choose the time unit for displaying data.
Accuracy threshold — set the allowed estimation inaccuracy (up to 500%). As an example:
100% = exact match (e.g., 10h estimate = 10h logged).
150% = estimate can be 1.5x less than logged.
0 = accuracy won’t be shown in the report.
Display
Show average toggle lets the user show the average line or not.
The average value counts as the sum of the average work ratio of all Jira users divided by a number of Jira users. It allows us to compare the average time indicators within selected Jira users.
Report Use Cases
✅ Evaluate estimation accuracy for change requests to ensure planning aligns with real delivery effort.
✅ Analyze how developers improve estimation accuracy over time.
