Report Usage
This report shows the number of issues that Jira users have resolved within the selected period. On the Y-axis user can see the amount of issues line and on the X-axis the user can see Jira users' names, who have completed issues within the selected period.
Specific functionality:
At the top of the report card, a date bar swap lets users quickly adjust the time frame.
Next to the Date bar swap, a dropdown allows temporary period changes without affecting the saved report.
Hovering over the user bar shows a tooltip with the number of issues resolved by the user.
Clicking a Jira user bar opens a subtable listing the userβs assigned issues and the total number within the selected settings. For full guidance on how to work with subtables, see the Working with Subtables .
Setting up a report
The report has 4 tabs of configurations: Data source, Parameters, Subtable, Description.
Data source & Description
This report supports filtering issues by Basic Source, Saved Filter, or JQL query. For full guidance on how to configure your data source and , see the Data Source & Report Description
Specific Report Parameters
Completion statuses select all status(es) that represent issue completion and should be included in the calculation.
Period lets the user select the time unit to customize the displayed data.
Report Use Cases
β Show how many bugs each developer resolved in a given timeframe.
β Measure how many support tickets each agent closed during the week/month.
β View how many changes were resolved by each team member during a weekly.
