Issue Modal

The Issue Modal is a quick way to look at and manage issues without leaving the report you are working on. Instead of opening Jira in a new tab, you can see all the important details of an issue right in a pop‑up window. This saves time and helps you stay focused on your current report.

With the Issue Modal, you can both review the information of an issue and edit it directly inside the same window - as long as you have the necessary permissions to perform those actions.

How it works

1. In a report, click on the issue key you want to view.

2. A modal window will pop up with the issue’s information.

3. You can read and edit the issue details directly in the modal.

4. When you finish, you can close the modal or open the full issue in Jira.

Important: To see the changes you made via the Issue Modal reflected in the configured report, you need to refresh the page.

Why use this feature?

The Issue Modal helps you work faster and stay focused. Instead of switching back and forth between reports and Jira, you can quickly check or update issue details in place. This means:
