At the top of the report card we have date bar swap. It allows user to quickly change the represented time frame.
While hovering the user bar, tooltip appears. It shows amount of issuesresolved by this Jira user.
By clicking on a Jira user bar sub-table will be opened. It shows the list of issues completed by this Jira user and that meets selected configurations. This table also contains total number of issues assigned to this user within selected configurations and a link to the list of those issues on Jira (View in issue navigator).

This report is called Top performers report, and on this report we are showing the top 3 users that have the most issues resolved during a period of time.
So when we come to this report first we ll need to set a date; a period you want to see the top performs in, it might be this week, this month..etc
After we select the period the chart will be generated showing the top performers in the given period ranking them on a podium just like the Olympics. On the podium the top performer is in the middle with his name and avatar in the bar, second top performer is on the left and third top performer is on the right.
Below the podium we have a bar chart displayed below in the figure
