Report Usage
This report comes in the form of a bar chart report. It shows the number of hours spent on issues by each user for the chosen period. On the Y-axis user can see the number of hours and on the X-axis the user can see user names, who have time logged for issues for this period.
Specific functionality:
To see the number of issues and hours spent by each person, the user can hover over the bar, tooltip will appear.
To quickly change a time segment user can use the date bar swap at the top of the report.
The user is able to open the report of the time spent by issues for the specific person by clicking on a bar.
After clicking on a person's bar, the user can see all the issues on which this person spent time.
On the Y-axis user can see the number of hours and on the X-axis the user can see the tickets key.
At the top of the report user can see the person`s name and the same date bar swap for changing a time segment.
While hovering the bar, a tooltip appears. It shows the issue summary and time spent on this issue.
The user is able to see the pop-up with all worklogs by clicking on an issue bar.
Setting up a report
The report has 3 tabs of configurations: Data source, Parameters, Description.
Data source
Configure and manage the source of data for generating reports.
Parameters
Allow users to tailor the report to their specific needs and preferences.
The “Period“ Period field is required. It lets the user select the time unit to customize the displayed users' time logs and issues on which time was spent. By default, it will be set as a week.
The “Users Users to display“ display field lets users select specific users from the list to customize and display their data in the report. By default, there will be all users included.
Description
It serves as a space where users can provide context, explanations, and additional information about the report.
Description lets the user add any additional information no more than 500 characters about the created report.
The description will be presented directly on the report card (in case of its presence).
