Setting up a report

Report has 4 tabs of configurations: Data source, Parameters, Sub-table, Description.

Data source

In this tab user have to choose Sprint board and a Sprint from chosen board.

This report is called Workload per sprint, In this report we are comparing Jira users, original estimate, story points or remaining estimate of the time logged by that Jira user to the capacity that user specify in a single sprint
X-axis shows the time logged
Y-axis shows the users

On the heading of the report we have inputs for the users to enter
First select box allows users to select which sprint

Second select box allows users to select which Estimate they want Story points, Original Estimate or Remaining Estimate

Story Point: Shows the units for expressing an estimate of the overall effort required to resolve all issues in a sprint

Original Estimate: Shows the estimated time that that user has specified

Remaining Estimate: Shows the estimated time that is left to be completed from the original estimate

Third select box allows to choose the users, we can choose 'All' or a single user

Lastly we have capacity which lets us specify the capacity of a certain user or users and compare with their total logged story points, original estimate or remaining estimate

The specified capacity is displayed in an orange vertical line on the graph

And the bar shows the total time logged, if the total time logged is less than the specified capacity
it will show the remaining time before reaching the capacity

And if the the total time logged is above the capacity it will show the hours that are over the capacity
