Specific functionality:

  • At the top of the report card we have date bar swap. It allows user to quickly change the represented time frame.

  • Report can show the average line in case if user switched it on.

  • While hovering the user bar, tooltip appears. It shows amount of issues, average estimation accuracy value and percent above the average.

“Completion statuses“ selects statuses from which tasks are taken.

“Users to display“ let user select specific Jira users from the list to display their data in the report. In this list we can only see users who match setted configurations. If anyone was not specified, than all Jira users from the list will be included.

“Period“ let user select the time unit to customize the displayed data.

This report is called the Estimate Accuracy report, on this report we show the average work ratio of a user based on a selected issue status.
We are calculating the average work ratio by dividing the total work ratio of a user to the total number of issues that has the selected status.

So a user first selects a status of the issues they wants a report for, they can add multiple statuses

after we select the status the graph is populated with the users and the work ratio as displayed below

Y-axis represents users
X-axis represents the work ratio

The bars show the average work ratio for issues that have the selected status for each user

The green vertical line shows the average work ratio for the users
for instance in this figure above the Average vertical line shows Naboni’s and Xelc’s average work ratio

On the top right side of the report we have a blue icon this icon allows the users to export this report in a CSV format that looks like the figure below

On the CSV we are listing the issues and showing their assignee, work ratio and the estimated accuracy
Estimated accuracy : is the average work ratio for a specifc user, we calculate this by adding all the work ratios and getting the average or mean.

And when the bars are clicked on the report we show a table as displayed in the figure below

That will list all the issues that a specific user was assigned on and the work ratio, estimated accuracy and the the summary of the issue
