Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Report Hub - Jira Charts, Reports, Timesheets, Rollup & more (the “Plugin”).
These Terms apply to all users of the accessing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Plugin.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Plugin is subject to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our Plugin’s listing in the Atlassian marketplace. Your continued use of the Plugin after any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.


2. Use of the Plugin

The Plugin is intended for use as is. You agree to use the Plugin in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use of the Plugin is expressly prohibited.


3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Plugin, including but not limited to code, graphics, user interface, are owned by us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin solely for your personal and non-commercial use.


4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Plugin or assist anyone else to do so. You must not try to gain unauthorized access to the Plugin, the server on which the Plugin is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Plugin.


5. Warranty and Liability

The Plugin is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or any loss of data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Plugin.


6. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Plugin and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Plugin.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
