Report Usage
This report provides users with a comprehensive overview of issues within selected configurations. Its primary objective is to filter issues and conveniently represent them in one place.
Specific functionality:
At the top of the report card from the left side, we have the total number of issues within selected configurations.
At the top of the report card from the right side there is a link “View in issue navigator“ whick redirects user to the navigator with selected configurations in Jira.
Clicking on any column header will sort either from the highest to the lowest value, or from A to Z and vice versa.
From the right side at the top, there is an issue search. User can filter issues by key or summary.Setting up a report

The report has 4 tabs of configurations: Data source, Parameters, Display, Description.
Data source & Description
This report supports filtering issues by Basic Source, Saved Filter, or JQL query. For full guidance on how to configure your data source and , see the Data Source & Report Description
Specific Report Parameters
Period lets user select the time unit to customize the displayed data.
The Date to report field is required. It lets the user select the date type of the issue to report. The default value for this field is Due date.
Display
Columns lets user manage the display of columns in the table of the report by adding, removing, or rearranging them.
Custom fields is a multi-select field. It allows users to add additional fields to sub-table columns.
Report Use Cases
✅ Review all sprint issues in a centralized, sortable list to confirm completion before closing the sprint.
✅ View all escalated or high-priority requests in a centralized table.
✅ Quickly review unassigned work to prevent delivery delays.
